Uganda Fund Convenes Collaborative Grantee Meeting

The Uganda Fund recently convened the first collaborative meeting of all its grantees. The goal was to institute a peer-review process to give each group valuable commentary and constructive critique on the latest round of proposals. In keeping with the Uganda Fund’s goal of building local capacity, this provided an important forum for helping grantees create relationships and see connections in their work. Grantees were enthusiastic about sharing their ideas to help all projects move forward sustainably. The Uganda Fund project director will facilitate ongoing grantee meetings.
